About that...

So I just like to say, I miss you. And you have probably missed me. Well here's the thing. I just realized that when I blog it takes me hours to write and edit the whole thing. So this post is just to let you know I am not dead. AND just to make you forgive me, I will leave you with two videos, that I am in absolute love with. :)

i'm sick

So yes, I am super sick right now, and it sucks cause it is the long weekend, and I can't enjoy myself with this beautiful weather and such. So in other news, I am doing okay in classes, I decided not to drop Bio because I am actually getting better. I need to see my midterm so I can see what I am at so I know to make changes.

So I got my May issue of ELLE Canada, and the cover isn't that great. It's of this random girl doing the most common model pose, and quite frankly it's not even in the lead with the April Issue. Now here's the thing, I am so upset with this magazine. I wrote to ELLE Canada hoping for some change, but what do they do? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They continue to write about "nude" clothing, they continue to feature white models than anything else, and it's driving me crazy. I think I will have to write to them again, because I want to see change. This whole country is made up of immigrants. Whether they be of European or Asian descent among others. I think other people also need to take the time and voice their opinions. I believe that ELLE Canada doesn't  feature a lot of models of colour because their magazine is not made up by those people. I think more people should aim to make a difference, not for the money, but for society and culture. Stop being so passive. Make a change for the better. It seems that change can only occur in numbers. So I guess you're wondering why not stop subscribing? Well one; I love fashion, and two someone needs to let them know about the error of their ways, so that person has to be me.

Speaking of fashion... Here are some things to look out for.

Florals, and frills, and pretty things. Also I think I mentioned before the jean jacket is back. There aren't too much different things, than what I mentioned before, so yeah, keep it light for the warm weather ahead.

Vampire Diaries

These episodes are getting so intense. So here is a recap of what happened. Elana decided to search for her birth parents. She finds out her mom was named Isabelle. Isabelle is actually the history teacher's dead wife's name. Coincidence? I think not. They are actually the same person and that she isn't even dead. She was obsessed about vampires and Damon turned her. Elena then called a phone she got from this creepy guy telling her not to keep looking for her mom, anyways, her mom answers the other end, and Elena is like "Isabelle?" and then the phone goes dead, and that is how they end the episode. See, so intense. Oh yeah, so when Damon had opened the tomb looking for Kathrine, he left some blood in there and another vampire drank it, and now he is on the loose. He found that girl's mom's place, and is currently residing there. Well then I think there is a new episode tonight, so I am going to watch that. Should be exciting.

Gossip Girl

Yeah, so the last episode I saw was with Chuck signing over his company to his birth mom but she is actually in cahoots with Jack, his evil molesting uncle. So yeah, and also Jenny or Little J was going to have sex with this sleeze ball guy that is into drug deals. And then he walks out on her calling her a little kid, and then she lies to Serena about doing it because she is such a little girl waiting to grow up. Personally I HATE her because she was too busy with making money than helping out the people in Haiti and also she has a wierd emo punk style which is too much like her character. Quite frankly I think Jenny and her actress are the same people. 

ANTM

So this week they did a vampire shoot. And Miss Alasia won again. I like her now, but her attitude is too immature and it's not meshing with the other girls in the competition. So anyways Sorority Girl Simone went home. My predictions were:

So I think I need to re-do the list because Alasia seems to be doing well... But yeah I was sorta right, and Simone did go home. So here is the new list.
